Marsh's Falls Nature Reserve
Christmas snowstorm hits
Marsh's Falls
Nature Reserve

The winter snowstorm over Christmas resulted in significant tree damage at the Marsh's Falls Nature Reserve. Initial assessment indicates dozens of trees blocking sections of the trails, making them impassable. Volunteers were out on January 2 and cleared from Sale Rd (Post A) to the Old Pasturelands Loop (Posts B - H - G - E) and to the Education Centre and Falls.  We hope to clear the other trails by the weekend.

As a reminder, winter access to the trails is from Sale Road (not from Highway 35) where two parking spaces are cleared. Please remember to register for your visit to the reserve and that dogs are not permitted on the site.
